Sarah Bryan-Reyes
Sarah Bryan-Reyes and her family live on South Padre Island. She graduated from Kent & Canterbury University in the South of England. Sarah moved to the US in 1993 where she started work in Texas, went on to Florida, and then Denver, finally coming back and settling in South Texas. She has specialized as an ICU and emergency room nurse, now turning her talents to Medical Aesthetics. She is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses, American Academy of Medical Aesthetics Professionals, and The American College of Phlebology. Sarah has many advanced education certifications in the field of Medical Aesthetics as well as most recently participated in the training of other healthcare professionals in use of lasers in medical aesthetics. She prides herself in delivering quality care.

Dr. Ybarra
Medical Director For Premier Laser & Aesthetics
R Joe Ybarra MD has lived in the Rio Grande Valley for 16 years. He attended Houston Baptist University, and received his Medical Degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 1984. His residency was served at UT Houston Health Science Center. Dr. R Joe Ybarra received post doctoral training and is board certified in family practice, emergency medicine, sports medicine, tropical travel medicine, and forensic medicine. He also is board certified in Quality Assurance/Utilization Review.

Dr. Ybarra is familiar and experienced in Aesthetic Medicine. He was named the first medical director at SonaMedSpa in Houston Texas in 2006, then left to become the medical director of Logical Laser in 2008, also in Houston Texas. His main practice is Emergency Medicine at Emergence Urgent Care located at 1725 Ed Carey Drive, in Harlingen Texas. He is also on staff at Valley Baptist Medical Center -Harlingen, and does shifts in a freestanding ER in Houston. By blending a scientific basis in traditional medicine with the artistic touch of Aesthetic Medicine, Dr. Ybarra considers it a great privilege to become the medical director of Premier Laser and Aesthetics.
